How to rearm after three limit

An error message occurs when you run “Sysprep /generalize” in Windows Vista or Windows 7: “A fatal error occurred while trying to Sysprep the machine.”
This error may occur if the Windows Software Licensing Rearm program has run more than three times in a single Windows image.
To Verify that this is the cause: slmgr /dlv
How to fix
A. Use the Microsoft resolution: Start over by rebuilding the Windows image.
B. Use my resolution: Reset the Rearm
1. Boot your Image to recovery or windowspe
2. Run these commands:
reg load HKLM\MY_SYSTEM “d:\Windows\System32\config\system” (NOTE: d: is the drive your windows system is probably installed on, but it may be c:)
reg delete HKLM\MY_SYSTEM\WPA /f
reg unload HKLM\MY_SYSTEM
3. Reboot
4. Reenter your Key
5. Verify the rearm slmgr /dlv
