BankServ's SB1000 scanner was custom-built to fill the specific need for an inexpensive, high-quality check scanner that meets the legal requirements for remote deposit, and can also read ordinary documents and photos. Unlike any other check scanner on the market today, the SB1000 offers a full-sized feed slot for documents up to 8½” x 14” and will work with most commercially available imaging programs. It is lightweight (1.3 pounds) and portable, it and draws all the power it needs through a USB connection to your desktop or laptop computer.

The SB1000 offers state-of-the-art MICR/OCR recognition and two-sided duplex scanning at a fraction of the cost of most comparable devices. Optimized to work with BankServ's DepositNow remote deposit service, it is ideal for small or mid-sized businesses that handle a moderate to medium volume of checks.
