Special Swift Phase 2 Migration Packages

To help make sure your bank is ready to make the switch to SWIFT Phase 2, BankServ has added three programs to its list of professional services offerings — ranging from basic preparedness training to full installation and testing of your updated system. Complete Phase 2 Preparation Program      

BankServ Professional Services will undertake the full technical migration and project management effort on behalf of the customer over 10 elapsed days. This includes:

Project initiation: Meeting with stakeholders, agree timelines, formalise Project plan content, then regular project updates;
Execute provisioning (HSM’s, SNL etc) and any other SWIFT-related ordering in respect of Phase 2 on behalf of customer
Tracking and confirm correct receipt of SWIFT orders;
Execute system implementation of new components. Test migration to latest versions of TurboSwift, TurboGateway, TurboRMA along with correct release of SNL. Install and test HSM’s as required;
Mentor one member of customer staff throughout migration process;
Execute initial testing to ensure readiness for SWIFTNet Phase 2;
On-site support for live migration, plus post implementation system review.

Cost: $25,200

Setup and Support Plan       

BankServ Professional Services will undertake the technical implementation of TurboSwift and TurboRMA as part of the customer’s migration to SWIFTNet Phase 2 over two days. In addition, one day of on-site training will be provided on use of the new software delivery and components including a foundation course on Phase 2 concepts.

The purpose of this service is to technically prepare the customer for Phase 2 operation. This offering will also incorporate 60 elapsed minutes of one-on-one telephone consultancy for the ordering and provisioning process plus technical support for those customers carrying out their own technical migration.

Cost: $10,800

Basic Training and Readiness      

BankServ Professional Services will provide an 1 day onsite foundation course on Phase II concepts and technical overview of the changes to TurboSwift and introduction to the new TurboRMA system. Specifically, it will cover:

Creation/Recovery of DN information to HSM device;
Training on TurboSWIFT Phase 2 Software parameters;
Training on the TurboRMA application.
