BankServ’s MessagePro middleware can re-format inbound and outbound transmissions from your computer system, converting virtually any data format into industry-standard messages. If the machines on your network have difficulty communicating with computers on the outside, MessagePro can bridge the gap.

Originally developed to format payment messages for banks to send over the international SWIFT network, MessagePro remains an ideal tool for financial institutions, but has also proved useful for other types of electronic communication. As long as there’s a structure to the data generated by your system, our software can be programmed to convert it into any format you’d like. And there’s no limit to the number of formats we support.

Besides translating up to 20,000 files an hour, MessagePro can also sort them: BankServ’s software can recognize specific information within individual messages and re-route them according to rules that you define. If your company uses distinct systems to handle different types of transactions, MessagePro takes only an instant to separate them for easy processing.

From start to finish, you’ll have complete visibility and control, as MessagePro allows the originator of a message to track it through the various stages of processing, and a robust set of archiving and search tools make retrieving data simple. The “life history” of each message is recorded in a database, and search and “drill down” procedures can even locate archived messages from partial information.
